Become a Community Partner
The Jackson Park Farmers Market is more than a place to purchase fresh, local food—it’s a community gathering space dedicated to fostering health, connection, and well-being.
Our mission is to create a friendly, safe, local marketplace where residents have access to healthy, locally grown food, wellness resources, and opportunities to connect with their community. We believe that wellness extends beyond nutrition to include physical health, mental well-being, financial stability, environmental stewardship, education, and social connection.
We welcome Community Partners whose mission and services align with this holistic vision of wellness. Whether you provide health education, mental health resources, nutrition programming, environmental initiatives, family support services, financial wellness education, or other programs that help individuals and families thrive, we invite you to join us at the market.
Community Partners play an important role in creating a vibrant market experience by connecting directly with residents, sharing valuable resources, offering educational activities, and building meaningful relationships within our community.
Community Partner participation may include:
- Providing educational information and resources.
- Offering interactive or family-friendly activities.
- Sharing programs and services that promote community well-being.
- Supporting healthy lifestyles and equitable access to resources.
- Engaging with residents in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
To ensure the market remains mission-focused, Community Partner participation is reserved for organizations whose work supports wellness and aligns with the Jackson Park Farmers Market’s mission and values.
If your organization shares our commitment to building a healthier, more connected community, we’d love to partner with you.
Complete the Community Partner Registration Form below to request participation. We look forward to learning more about your organization and the impact we can make together.
Please Note: Community Partner participation is intended for nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations whose work promotes holistic wellness and aligns with the Jackson Park Farmers Market’s mission. We review each application to ensure it is a good fit for our community and programming.

The Southeast Wisconsin Farmers Market Collaborative, funded by a generous grant from the University of Wisconsin Madison Extension, aims to strengthen local communities by supporting agricultural initiatives and promoting healthy living through our promotional efforts and the Taste It Tent program.
The Jackson Park Farmer’s Market (JPFM), a collaborative venture with the Jackson Park Community Association, was established in 2015. It is an open-air concept which brings locally grown fruits, vegetables, and foods crafted by Wisconsin vendors to the Jackson Park and surrounding community residents. The Market is operated by volunteers who are passionate about the place we call home. We believe in supporting local businesses and engagement in healthy neighborhood activities.
